We sell from our own shop: every item on this website is our own stock.

We deliver within 1 km of the shop. Delivery is free. The minimum order is ₹200.
Orders placed by 5 PM are delivered the same day. Orders after 5 PM come with our first delivery the next morning.
We call you on the number you give to confirm every order before we pack it.
You can also choose Shop pickup and collect your order from the shop.
If we cannot deliver at the promised time, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order leaves the shop: just call or WhatsApp us.
For cash on delivery orders you may also refuse the order at your door.
We may cancel an order if an item is not available or the address is outside our delivery area. We tell you on the call, and any money you paid is refunded in full.
We never charge a cancellation fee.

Please check your items when they arrive.

Fresh fruits: if anything is damaged, spoiled, wrong or less than you ordered, tell the delivery person or WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it.
Packed items: we take back any item that is damaged, leaking, past its expiry date or not what you ordered, within 2 days of delivery.
If we deliver later than promised and you no longer want the order, you may return it for a full refund.
How you get your money back: for prepaid (UPI) orders we send the refund by UPI to the account you paid from, within 2 working days of agreeing the refund. For cash orders we refund in cash or by UPI, as you prefer.
Items you wrote in the note ("extra items") are priced on the call. The same rules apply to them once you accept them.

Prices on the website are the prices you pay. There are no hidden or extra charges.
Pay by cash or UPI on delivery, or pay first by UPI (Prepaid). For Shop pickup, pay at the shop.
For packed items we never charge more than the MRP printed on the pack.
Photos are for illustration. The actual product and packaging may look different.

When you order we ask for your name, phone number, address and landmark, and your location only if you choose to share it.
We use them only to confirm and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We never sell or share them with anyone else; only our delivery person sees your address.
Orders are kept on our system for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Your details are also saved on your own phone so you need not type them again; "Not you? Clear" at checkout removes them.

We confirm your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month at the latest. Most problems are sorted out the same day.
